Where to get
- To get this Spec, you’ll need 7500 Gems, 1 Turbo Granny Soul,2 Golden Ball ,1 Okarun Glasses and 25 Turbo Artifact. Afterwards , head over to the Turbo Tunnel Island , and turn in the necessary materials at the Okarun Teacher NPC.
