Where to get
- To buy this Spec, you’ll need 5000 Gems, 7 Dragon Ball, and 1 Ki Aura. You will also need the Saiya race unlocked. After getting the necessary materials, head over to the Strongest Arena Island, and talk to the Goku Teacher NPC located there.
