Kagune

Ghouls have evolved to develop Kagune, predatory organs used to hunt humans and defend themselves from the CCG. In order to awaken a Kagune of your own, you must increase the amount of RC in your blood (5000 RC). This is done by eating humans or other Ghouls (Ctrl + B), your RC count will slowly rise over time. Be careful, however, as you lose a portion of your RC upon death. The closer you are to awakening, you’ll start hearing a heart beating faster and faster when in combat. After having enough RC, dropping below 50% health and press Ctrl + E to awaken your Kagune.

You find what Kagune you have only after awakening it. In case you are not satisfied with your Kagune, you can use the Ghoul Points to reroll your Kagune.
