Pain is a Boss in Anime Fighting Simulator X that can be spawned anytime by interacting with the Boss Battle totem in the starting area. Holding "E" on the totem will teleport you to the Battle Arena, where you can challenge Pain.
There are multiple tiers to this Boss that you progress through each time you beat him.
These are the possible drops that you can receive from defeating him.
